WE ARE
SPECS is a nonprofit association management + corporate and government event management company, certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US. The SPECS team has over 100 years combined experience in event management, program management and marketing and communications. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and responsiveness. We do not simply give a sales pitch, sign a contract, and assign an administrator to handle your account; we personally ensure the management and execution of your program's daily needs.

Nina Hines
Nina has more than 25 years of program management, event management, and communication and marketing experience in the private, government, and non-profit sectors. She is proficient in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building. She is an excellent leader of cross-functional teams focusing on identifying program capabilities, assessing resources, negotiating, and adhering to budget guidelines.
Char Davis
Char has over 20 years experience in event and program management, strategic planning, and marketing and communications in the government and non-profit sectors. She has strong project management skills artfully balancing priorities, schedules, and budgets while building consensus across teams and finding innovative ways to reach goals.
