Human Resources

We act as your company HR, ensuring your organization is compliant with any government or industry rules and regulations. Implement and/or manage succession planning and onboarding of new board members. Address and manage any personnel affairs within the organization.

Marketing & Communication

Management of marketing and communication via various platforms including MailChimp, Eventbrite, Freshtix, Gauge Insights, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, NetSuite, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Survey Monkey, CVent, HeyOrca, Slack and HubSpot. We can adapt to any platform you currently have.

Event & Meeting Management

Project management of events to include online registration setup and management, vendor negotiation, contracting, and management, email marketing, onsite execution, etc.

Financial Management

Co-management providing oversight of your CPA, event P&L reporting, purchase card management, and invoice payment and processing.

Board Management

Scheduling of board meetings and conference calls, management of board meeting calendars, preparation of board meeting materials, goal and milestone tracking, and overall board member task management.

Graphic Design

Create graphic content for events, emails, social posts, newsletters, and website. 

Membership Management

Provide exceptional customer service to members to include new member onboarding, daily point of contact via email and phone, and database management.

Volunteer Management
Administrative & Office Support

Point of contact for volunteers, coordinate assignment of volunteers to committees, volunteer recruitment, and determine project volunteer needs for the board.
